As the Food and Beverage Industry continues to grow, culinary professionals find unique ways to develop their skillsets. From incredible Country Clubs to Dinner Shows, Executive Chef Jason Albert has lent his talents to create and prepare delicious dishes. Along the way, two things have been consistent for Chef Jason at each stop, Love and Passion!

Coming from a diverse culinary background, Chef Jason brings a culture of Love and Passion for food preparation to KBS Restaurant Group! For Chef Jason, putting out high-quality dishes is his top priority. Early in his career, Chef Jason understood the value of putting love and hard work into every dish. This led to numerous leadership opportunities to establish his culture in the Food and Beverage Industry. The Farm has been a staple for southern cooking and hospitality with Chef Jason at the helm of its culture.

When asked what he wants guests to experience at Five Oaks Farm Kitchen Chef Jason said,

“At Farm Kitchen, I hope everybody takes away, we love the food! There’s love that goes into every dish. We’re up at 4 and 5 in the morning making bread. We don’t have a freezer. Everything is fresh, everything is scratch, everything is painfully fresh. We go the extra mile! We know that we’re putting out a very high-quality dish, at a reasonable rate and it made with love.”
