Southern Breakfast Casseroles

One thing you won’t find on the menu at any of the other Sevierville restaurants are southern breakfast casseroles! We combine some of the most delicious foods all into a single serving size just for you. Each casserole is served with a scratch-made biscuit and your choice of stone ground grits, fresh fruit, or cinnamon apples. Here are our top breakfast casseroles:

Dr. John’s Morning Ritual – Scrambled eggs, sausage, pecan-smoked bacon, spring onions, and cheddar cheese baked on top of ribbon-cut field potatoes.

Co-op Casserole – Eggs scrambled with mushrooms, zucchini, spring onions, tomatoes, spinach, and swiss cheese baked on top of ribbon-cut field potatoes.

Grits Casserole – Stone ground grits topped with bacon, sausage, ham, sunny-side up eggs, onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

Unique Offerings

You can go anywhere in the area to find traditional pancakes, bacon, and eggs. But on our Five Oaks Farm Kitchen menu, you’ll find some pretty unique dishes you will want to try. They include:

Fried Bologna Benedict – Thick cut, fried bologna on grilled toast with tomatoes, two over-easy eggs, sausage gravy, and hollandaise sauce.

Pit Master Casserole – Scrambled eggs, spring onions, and ribbon-cut field potatoes topped with pulled pork and barbecue sauce.

Blanche’s Thick “Ring Baked” Griddle Cakes – 1-inch thick pancakes served with real sweet cream butter and warm maple syrup, and optional toppings include chocolate gravy, cinnamon roll swirl, bananas and brown sugar, and more.

Of course, we can’t serve the most important meal of the day without having the essentials. Here are the staple items on Five Oaks Farm Kitchen menu.
